I just finished playing Pokemon Brown--the first one I guess, from 2003 or something, cause apparently is another one from 2009 or something--and by "finished", I mean beaten the elite four and gotten the s.s. ticket from Bill's bro. Pretty sweet hack overall. I do, however, have a few lingering questions:

    1. After the elite four is obliterated, one is granted access to a previously blockaded house in Hayward City (reminiscent of the manor one is granted access to Cerulean City's final dungeon). However, rather than said house leading to some sort of final dungeon, one is introduced to Bill's brother, who distributes an s.s. ticket, just as his red version counterpart did. Since this is the case, is there some other place in the game where an equivalent of the final dungeon exists, or was this aspect removed from the game entirely, along with Mewtwo?

    2. In the Eagulou Park or whatever it's called (equivalent of Fuscia's safari zone), there is a bystander who claims: "If you go to the deepest area of the park, you will receive a prize." After attempting to explore the park in it's entirety, I found that the "deepest part" was actually deep within a cave, where much to my surprise, I found Mew. Since the SURF HM is obtained elsewhere in the game, is this unprecedented encounter with Mew the prize that the afore-mentioned park-goer was referring to, or is there something else? (Not that I'm complaining; Mew is certainly an adequate prize.) Also, tying in with my first question, is this cave in any way a replacement for the final dungeon, with Mew taking the place of Mewtwo? (I kind of doubt this, since this cave can be accessed earlier in the game than the Cerulean dungeon.)

    3. This is perhaps my most pressing question and is basically my entire reason for posting. If you knew the answers to all three of my questions but only had the time or patience or desire or life expectancy to answer one, I would prefer it be this one.
Toward the beginning of the the game, I decided I wanted to have Aerodactyl in my party. However, as I mentioned earlier, I have completed the game (as far as I know), and not once have I found a single vestige of any fossilized pokemon anywhere in the merry old land of Rijon. Not only does Aerodactyl come up missing, but Kabuto and Omanyte do as well! ¡¡¡¡NO ENTIENDO!!!! There is evidence of these pokemons' existence throughout the game, for example, the Cinnebar pokemon lab, complete with defossilizing scientist, is quite intact in Hayward City. This, understandably, leads me to believe there must be fossils out there somewhere. Also, in Merson cave (what i assume to be the equivalent of Mt. Moon), there is a girl who states: "I hear there are some very rare fossils here". But unlike Mt. Moon, there are zero fossils to be found!! Am I missing something, or are my deepest, darkest fears realized? Are the pokemon lab and cave girl just ellaborate ploys designed only to mislead and throw the player off the scent of conspiracy? Did the hack's developer truly decide to omit these pokemon from the game, or are they in fact included, and I, in all my noobish glory, am just overlooking the obvious?

Thanks for enduring my rant, and if you know the answers to any or all of these questions, please don't hesitate to reply.

That's what happens when you download it from sites that put it up without my permission and refuse to take it down. Stick with the official source for my hacks, which is right here.

Heh, really? Well, please forgive my ignorance. I suppose I didn't know the difference considering it was my first time ever coming across the existence of you or your hacks. In fact, I hadn't even heard of this site until it was too late and I had already finished the hack (I only became aware of it while viewing video walkthroughs in an attempt to get my questions answered). I will certainly be sure to get all my Pokemon Brown/Koolboyman hack desires satiated right here in the future.

Thanks for the reply and advice.

I have an unrelated question for Koolboyman (or anyone else willing to respond): is there a way to get Chansey to evolve in Pokemon Brown without trading it to Prism (and using the happiness mechanic there)? I'm not quite finished with the main quest yet, but I am aware that a lot of the evolutions that require trades in the official games are activated by associated items (Tradestone for Kababra, Graveler, and co., Electrizer for Electabuzz, and so on). This is why I've come to expect that I can obtain a Blissey by some alternative means. If no one minds, could someone please answer me soon?
